PIP Ltd, Novi Sad laboratory is a farinology laboratory which performs rheological study of dough and flour quality. The lab is equipped with the cutting edge machines such as a farinograph, extensograph, amylograph, gluten extraction device, falling number machine, mixolab.
In addition to flour analysis, which is performed for the needs of our production, we are also conducting flour analysis on demand. Based on flour properties and quality and user requirements, we make customized improvers. Also, regular quality control of final product is performed together with analysis related to the development of new products.
