This mix is used for the production of all yeast puff pastries (croissants, pinwheels, bear claws…). Advice from an expert: if you wish to make sweet pastry it is possible to add sugar in the dough. Due to the presence of hardened vegetable oil, fat is not added to the dough, while % of margarine can be reduced during processing.
