It is designed to set the standard of flour in mills with low energy levels. The use of MLINAR reduces: the level of softening, increases the resistance and energy, improves the ratio number of the dough, influences the increase in viscosity.

Advice from an expert: flour treated with this improver has to be treated with a standard baking improver in later processing. MLINAR in mills is added using micro dispensers.
